Customer Service Representative

Experience: 1+ year in a call center or customer-facing role

Qualification: +2 or Bachelor's Preferred

Salary: NPR 25,000 – 35,000 per month

Job Description:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide accurate and prompt support to resolve issues
• Maintain customer satisfaction and professionalism
• Record and manage customer interactions in CRM tools
• Follow up on unresolved issues promptly
