Qualification: +2 or Bachelor's Preferred
Salary: NPR 25,000 – 35,000 per month
Job Description:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide accurate and prompt support to resolve issues
- Maintain customer satisfaction and professionalism
- Record and manage customer interactions in CRM tools
- Follow up on unresolved issues promptly

- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
